Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the verification service ("Service") for the "Surrogacy in Mexico For IPs" Facebook community group and its associated Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides automated verification of membership in the "Surrogacy in Mexico For IPs" Facebook group for access to the community's Discord server. The Service:

• Verifies your membership in the associated Facebook group
• Links your Discord account to your Facebook identity
• Automatically updates your Discord nickname to match your Facebook name
• Assigns Discord roles based on your Facebook group membership status
• Synchronizes moderation actions between the Facebook group and Discord server

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Facebook account in good standing
• Be a member of the "Surrogacy in Mexico For IPs" Facebook group
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Comply with Facebook's and Discord's respective terms of service

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the verification process
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the verification process
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Comply with all applicable community guidelines of both the Facebook group and Discord server
• Accept that your Discord nickname will be changed to match your Facebook name

5. Account Linking

When you complete the verification process, your Discord account will be linked to your Facebook account. This linking:

• Is required to access the Discord server as a verified member
• Can be revoked at any time by contacting server administrators
• Will result in loss of verified member status if revoked
• May be automatically revoked if you leave or are removed from the "Surrogacy in Mexico For IPs" Facebook group

6. Moderation and Enforcement

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Bans or removals from the "Surrogacy in Mexico For IPs" Facebook group may result in automatic removal from the Discord server
• Server administrators have sole discretion over membership and moderation decisions
• Violations of community guidelines may result in removal without prior notice
• Moderation actions are final and may not be appealed through the Service

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the service operators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written permission.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Discord and Facebook). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service:

12. Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
